Currently Bodimed laboratory has contracts with the following health insurance companies – Doverie, Allianz, Unica, DZI, Bulgaria Insurance, Euroins, Fi Health, Groupama, Axiom, European Insurance Company, Life Insurance Institute, Generali, Bulstrad.

We kindly request for you to get acquainted with the conditions from the insurance companies.

Required Documents for laboratory tests for patients with Health Insurance:

A valid Insurance Fund ID card.
* For some Insurance Funds, you may receive an email confirmation in advance! Contact your HIF for information!
We highly recommend for the advanced confirmation, as it will speed the registering process.
ID card to establish patient’s identity.
Correctly completed and valid doctor’s prescription – the form must be signed and stamped by an attending physician and the tests prescribed must be in accordance with the stated diagnosis.
